Were preparing to launch an excitingnew Chinese restaurantand are looking for an experiencedChefto help establish the kitchen and bring authentic flavours to life.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands traditional Chinese cooking and wants to be involved from the beginning.
What were looking for:

  • 5+ years experiencecooking authentic Chinese cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to help set up a new kitchen and menu
  • Passion for consistency, quality, and flavour
  • Flexible, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with regional Chinese cuisine is a plus
The role includes:
  • Preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes
  • Assisting with menu development
  • Helping establish kitchen systems and standards
  • Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations as the restaurant grows
