Were preparing to launch an exciting new Chinese restaurant and are looking for an experienced Chef to help establish the kitchen and bring authentic flavours to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands traditional Chinese cooking and wants to be involved from the beginning.
What were looking for:
5+ years experience cooking authentic Chinese cuisine
Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and ingredients
Ability to help set up a new kitchen and menu
Passion for consistency, quality, and flavour
Flexible, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience with regional Chinese cuisine is a plus
The role includes:
Preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes
Assisting with menu development
Helping establish kitchen systems and standards
Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations as the restaurant grows
