MS579 - Chiller Engineer Location:  Birmingham  Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Chiller Engineer on behalf of one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for repair & maintenance of chillers, air-handling units and pumps whilst out for hire. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain & repair chillers. Diagnose faults and repair of chiller, and related equipment. Ensure all paperwork and F-gas Documentation is correctly filled in and filed. Obtain details and order parts for repair as required. Ensuring equipment is clean and in good condition. Skills and Qualifications: Essential: F-Gas Certificate. City of Guilds or NVQ in Refrigeration. 3 years’ experience in Refrigeration / Air-conditioning. Full UK Driving License. Good time keeping / Work ethic. Desirable: Electrical Qualifications / experience. Forklift License. Previous experience of HVAC hire industry. ...
