This includes supporting social workers, early help teams, and safeguarding professionals to ensure best practice, continuous improvement, and career progression. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the strategic development of the Childrens Workforce Academy. Identify training needs and coordinate high-quality learning and development initiatives.
