Responsibilities of this role: Taking the lead on complex cases involving children in need, child protection, and those in care. Carrying out assessments and putting together plans that really reflect what children and families need. Supporting and guiding less experienced team members – sharing your knowledge and helping them grow. Working closely with other professionals like teachers, health workers, and the police to make sure children get the right support. Attending and sometimes chairing meetings to help coordinate care and keep things moving. Writing up clear, professional reports for court and other key meetings.
