Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to lead shifts and ensure the highest standards of care for children in a residential setting. The role involves planning and managing shifts, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, and providing leadership and support to the care team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and lead shifts, ensuring children are kept safe and engaged.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care at all times.

Be flexible, consistent, reflective, and creative in your engagement with the young people.

Conduct regular key working sessions with the young people.

Sleep overnight at the home as required.
