The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, youll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can grow and thrive. Day to day, you will:
Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people.
Support daily routines, education, and recreational activities.
Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent care and stability.
Take part in sleep-in shifts (included in salary package).
About You
Were seeking caring, resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with complex needs. To succeed, you will:
Be flexible to work long day shifts (7am10pm) and sleep-ins.
Have experience in similar roles such as Residential Childcare Worker, Support Worker, SEN Assistant, or Teaching Assistant.
Be confident managing challenging behaviours in a calm, professional way.
Be committed to gaining further qualifications (fully funded).
