The Opportunity Were working with a well-run, values-led childrens residential provider who is looking to add an experienced Support Worker or Senior Support Worker to a solo-bedded home.
This is a stable placement with one young person currently in situ, offering consistency, structure, and the chance to genuinely make a difference without the chaos of larger homes.

What Were Looking For Essential:
Experience working in a childrens residential home

Confident supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs

Strong safeguarding awareness

Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team

Desirable:
NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in Childrens Residential Care (or equivalent)

Senior experience or readiness to step up

18+ months / 2+ years in childrens residential care

The Role Supporting one young person day-to-day

Maintaining routines, boundaries, and consistency

Recording and safeguarding responsibilities

Working closely with management and external professionals

Shift work including evenings and weekends (rota-based)
