We are recruiting caring, reliable and emotionally attuned Residential Support Workers to jointherapeutic childrens homes, supporting children aged 510 years who have experienced early trauma. You will work within a therapeutic, psychoanalytic and group-relations model, where behaviour is understood as communication and relationships are central to change and development. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day care, nurture, structure and emotional containment

Act as a Link Worker, delivering individual sessions and therapeutic special time under supervision

Support childrens emotional, behavioural, educational, medical and social needs

Create a safe, calm and therapeutic home environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan routines, transitions and care strategies

Safeguard children at all times and follow all recording and reporting procedures

Use creative and imaginative approaches to enhance childrens experiences
