We have day shifts, night shifts or a combination of both available whatever works best for you. Key Responsibilities Provide consistent emotional, practical and behavioural support

Maintain a safe, nurturing and positive environment

Promote independence through structured routines and life skills coaching

Build strong, trusting relationships with young people

Support individuals with challenging behaviours, trauma and complex needs

Participate in in-house and community-based activities

Work collaboratively as part of a committed, child-focused team

Follow safeguarding principles and Childrens Home Regulations (Ofsted)
