We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker on a temp-to-perm basis for a well-established therapeutic childrens home in Chatham, Kent. This role offers the opportunity to work through the agency for 12 weeks, before moving onto a permanent contract with the service, allowing both you and the provider to ensure the role is the right long-term fit. Supports children aged 510 years with EBD and complex trauma

Children typically remain in placement for 23 years, allowing for consistent, meaningful care

The Role 40 hours per week

2 long day shifts and 3 short day shifts per week

Supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs in a therapeutic setting

Working closely with a stable and supportive team

Maintaining consistency, structure and positive routines
