C hildrens Residential Support Worker Temp to Perm We are excited to be recruiting Childrens Residential Support Workers for a brand-new childrens EDB residential service in Kidderminster. This is a temp to perm opportunity supporting vulnerable children and young people with emotional, social, and behavioural needs in a newly established, specialist residential setting. This role offers the chance to join a dedicated, child-focused team from the very start of the service, helping to shape and deliver high-quality care for children and young people. Full training will be provided, alongside the opportunity to enrol on the Childrens Residential Level 3 qualification. Role Overview As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will provide consistent, compassionate, and child-centred support within a residential environment. Experience in childrens residential care is desirable, but candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered. Shift patterns include day shifts, early and late shifts, with some sleep-in shifts required as part of the rota.
