Registered Manager Childrens Residential Care

Location: West Derby, L12
Salary: £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment

Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively

Oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement

Support and develop the care team through supervision, mentoring, and training

Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders

Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties

At least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role

Proven track record of achieving a minimum Good Ofsted rating

Full UK driving licence
