Registered Children's Home Manager (Ofsted Registered) Location: Derby, UK Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, flexible schedule) Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience + performance bonuses) Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking an Ofsted-registered Children's Home Manager to lead a residential home in Derby for young people aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and create a safe, supportive environment for children and staff.

Key Responsibilities Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager , ensuring full regulatory compliance and readiness for inspections. Lead and manage a team of residential care workers and senior staff. Ensure staff are trained, supervised, and supported to deliver excellent care. Work closely with local authorities, social workers, and external partners. Manage home budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.

Requirements: Must be Ofsted registered (or previously held registration) Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
