Hold operational responsibility for service delivery across your Directorate. Lead performance, workforce, financial and quality improvement programmes. Drive transformation, service redesign, and modernisation. Shape waiting list recovery, patient flow, efficiency, and workforce planning. Develop business cases, lead complex change projects, and support long-term strategic planning. Inspire a culture of openness, innovation, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with clinicians, system partners, and internal stakeholders. Ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes and patient experience through collaborative leadership.
