Were opening a brand-new Solo Childrens Home in Southport and were looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead the way.

What youll bring:

  • At least 2 years experience working in residential care for children (within the last 5 years)
  • At least 1 years experience managing or supervising childcare staff
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards it)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A compassionate, person-centred approach to care

What youll do:
As Registered Manager, youll partner with the Responsible Individual to:

  • Deliver high-quality, therapeutic care aligned with our core values

  • Foster an inclusive, nurturing home environment

  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team

  • Work collaboratively with professionals to safeguard and promote each childs welfare
