We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new 4-bed childrens residential care home for young people aged 918 with complex emotional and Learning Difficulties.
As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, ethos, and success of the home. Youll be supported by an established senior leadership team, with regular manager forums and shared best practice across our wider organisation.
What were looking for:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered/Deputy Manager
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance (desirable)
A creative, child-centred leader who can inspire and motivate staff
A passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for young people
