Were supporting a new and ambitious childrens residential care provider with the appointment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed EBD home in Oldbury.
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a service from day one leading the Ofsted registration, recruiting your own team, and embedding a strong, child-centred culture built around high-quality care and positive outcomes.
Youll be supported by an experienced Responsible Individual, but trusted with real autonomy to shape the home and put your own stamp on its development.
The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Ofsted registration process and ongoing compliance

Recruiting, developing, and inspiring your own staff team

Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children with EBD

Ensuring the home achieves and maintains Good or Outstanding standards
