Home Manager Childrens Residential Homes

Salary:£34,986 per year (£16.82/hr)
Location:West Berkshire

At Amegreen, we put children and young people first. Were looking for aHome Managerto oversee one of our residential homes for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. If youre experienced in childrens residential care and ready to lead with passion, wed love to hear from you.

The role:

• Lead and support staff teams across the home
• Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
• Deputise for the Registered Manager, includingOfsted inspections
• Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and training
• Build strong relationships with families and professionals
• Take part in the on-call rota and provide confident leadership

About you:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership(or working towards)
• Experience inchildrens residential care
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Knowledge ofchild development & learning disabilities
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
