Who Were Looking For You must have:

Experience working as a Deputy Manager within an Ofsted-registered childrens home within the last 2 years Level 3 or 4 qualification (Children & Young People) Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge Confidence in supporting Ofsted inspections A commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed care

Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all regulatory requirements Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams Help drive continuous improvement across the home Safeguard and promote the welfare of children Build positive relationships with children, families, professionals, and external agencies

Requirements

Experience as a Deputy Manager in an Ofsted-regulated setting Level 3/4 in Children & Young People Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks Confident in leading practice and supporting inspections Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Full UK driving licence preferred
