Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Deputy care Manager in the HU7 area on a permanent basis. In this position, the Deputy Care Manager will need experience working in a senior position and will be reporting to the registered Home Manager. The home cares for 8-18 years olds which prides itself on its homely and safe environment.

As the Deputy Care Manager: Ensure the highest standard of care is always delivered to residents, maximising the individual's potential and promoting recovery and independence. Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure that the home is fully compliant and promote a caring and effective workplace. Responsibility for organising staff rotas as advised by the Registered Manager. Work within organisational policy and procedure established in the home. Ensure that all staff are aware of Ofsted regulations, the Childrens Home Regulations (England) 2015, and the Health and Social Care Act (2008). Ensure both local authority and internal care and placement plans are in place and that staff fully understand their role.
