Healthcare Support Worker - Complex Care (Night Shifts) Location: Dover, Kent Hourly Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour About the Role Superior Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and confident Healthcare Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a child with complex health needs in their family home in Dover, Kent. Shift Pattern Night shifts - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10pm-7am
Clinical Responsibilities You will receive full training and support to manage the child's complex care needs, including: Seizure monitoring and recognising early signs
Administration of paraldehyde during seizure episodes
Gastrostomy (G-tube) feeding and medication administration
Nebuliser treatments as required
Oral suctioning to maintain a clear airway
Supporting communication for a non-verbal child
Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling using a ceiling hoist
Providing comfort, positioning, stimulation, and age-appropriate interaction
