The Role: We are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate Female Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs during night shifts . This is a rewarding role for someone with a genuine passion for providing high-quality care. You will work closely with the child's family and the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred care while supporting emotional well-being and development. Comprehensive in-house training and an induction programme will be provided, led by our Nurse Manager, to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver the highest standard of care. We are committed to supporting you throughout your role to ensure the best possible outcomes for our client. Key responsibilities include: Provide care for Cardiofaciocutaneous Syndrome and developmental delay
Manage eczema with appropriate skin care
Monitor heart condition (left ventricle hypertrophy)
Administer colomycin nebuliser for chronic pseudomonas
Observe and report health changes
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Available Shift Patterns: Monday, Tuesday and Sunday - 21:00 - 07:00
Essential: Knowledge of infection control, experience with tracheostomy care, airway management, enteral feeding, administering nebulizers, monitoring with sats machines and experience in paediatric complex care.
