Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children's Social Work Senior Manager in North London. You will need to have a strong background in improving Children’s Services in a Local Authority setting.
The Practice Improvement Manager is responsible for implementing, embedding and overseeing the Quality Assurance Framework and associated quality assurance and improvement activity across Children’s Services. The postholder provides leadership, management, professional oversight and supervision to officers undertaking service audits, professional audits, quality assurance activity, development work and reviews of professional practice standards. This includes staff who are directly employed within the service and those seconded from other areas. The role plays a critical part in ensuring audit activity leads to measurable improvements in practice, outcomes and consistency, and that learning is embedded across the directorate through a strong, whole-system approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
