Caritas Futures is proud to support a leading charity dedicated to providing vital support to families affected by domestic violence. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Children Support Workers for full-time, temporary ongoing roles based in Baldock / Waltham Cross.

Role Overview: As a Children Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people who have experienced domestic violence. You will provide essential emotional and practical support to help children and their families recover from the trauma of abuse, ensuring their safety and well-being in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer emotional and practical support to children who have been impacted by domestic violence. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to the needs of each child. Ensure the safety and welfare of children, conducting risk assessments and identifying immediate needs. Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, schools, and family support services, to provide a holistic approach to care. Support children in rebuilding their sense of stability, emotional well-being, and confidence.
