Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential care provider for a Residential Care Worker to join a supportive team within a 4-bed home in Salisbury, supporting young people aged 8-17 years.

You will play a key role in providing high-quality, nurturing care and support, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing consistent, compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment Acting as a positive role model and setting clear boundaries Supporting daily routines, education, and social activities Promoting emotional wellbeing and responding to behaviours of concern Safeguarding young people and recognising signs of risk Working collaboratively with social workers, schools, and professionals Contributing to care plans, reviews, and therapeutic support Maintaining high standards within the home (health & safety, wellbeing)What We're Looking For
