We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential care provider for a Residential Care Worker to join a supportive team within a 4-bed home in Salisbury , supporting young people aged 8-17 years . You will play a key role in providing high-quality, nurturing care and support, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and independence.
