Working with at least 2:1 staffing ratio, you'll be ensuring safety, stability, and quality care always.\n\nYou'll be:\n\nBuilding positive, trusting relationships with young people.\nSupporting daily routines (from school runs and appointments to bedtimes and activities).\nEncouraging independence and personal development.\nKeeping accurate daily records (emotions, routines, activities, food diaries, and more).\nHelping manage money responsibly and keeping receipts.\nIdentifying and reporting any safeguarding concerns.\nSupporting with personal care and household tasks when needed.\nHandling behaviour that challenges with patience, resilience, and confidence.
