WMC RECRUITMENT is currently seeking for an Early years Educator who has great leadership and team management skills for a nursery in Welling. Working as the Senior Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator you will work alongside the management team to provide a high level of professional leadership and management to all playroom-based staff and to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education. As the Senior Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator you will support the nursery school to comply with all regulatory requirements, provide a high standard of care and education, support playroom staff in their roles and maintain positive working relationships with staff, parents and carers. DUTIES Your duties as the Senior Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator include: Work closely with children, looking after their daily needs such as feeding, nappy changing and toileting Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care Work as part of a team to deliver and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage for all children Provide an enabling environment that meets the needs of each individual child
