The role
Define and deliver the overall technology strategy aligned to business growth Build and lead the technology function - team, partners and infrastructure Own all customer-facing and internal systems across a multi-site environment Drive digital product development, platforms and integrations Improve data, reporting and insight to support commercial decision-making Optimise systems that enhance customer journey, retention and lifetime value Ensure scalability, security and performance as the business grows rapidly Act as a key strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team
