Shape global legal strategy in a top-tier crypto trading firm Join a high-impact team with autonomy, ethics, and global reach Lead the organisation's legal strategy to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide expert legal advice to the C-Suite and other key stakeholders. Oversee legal risk management and develop mitigation strategies. Draft, review, and negotiate high-level contracts and agreements. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and financial regulatory bodies. Ensure governance structures and policies meet legal standards. Monitor and adapt to changes in legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the business services industry. Lead, mentor, and develop the in‑house legal team to achieve operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
Professional legal qualifications and membership of a recognised legal body. Experience in the field of Crypto or Fintech. Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law within the business services industry. Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead a legal team. Experience in advising senior leadership in a C‑Suite environment. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. A strategic mindset with a focus on aligning legal functions with business objectives.
