This is high impact leadership role.Key Responsibilities:Lead security governance, policies, and enterprise risk managementOwn compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and business resilience (BIA, BCP, DR)Deliver cyber due diligence across M&A and define post-deal security prioritiesOversee security operations, architecture (cloud/AI), and incident readinessManage third-party risk and supplier security assuranceDrive security culture and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadershipKey Requirements:Proven experience operating at CISO / Head of Information Security level in businesses that are undergoing major transformationsStrong background in ISO 27001, NIST, and enterprise security frameworksExperience within financial services, telecoms, or complex regulated environmentsTrack record of delivering security programmes in fast-paced or scaling organisationsAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on executionLooking to directly impact and shape security at a scaling, tech‑first business whilst having true influence over business direction?
