The Role:
We are seeking a CEO to lead the next chapter of growth, culture, and operational excellence. You will be the principal architect of strategy, leadership, and performance, shaping a company that is scalable, profitable, and exit-ready.

Key Objectives:
Drive targeted, profitable growth in Defence, Government, and critical infrastructure.
Build and align a high-performing leadership team across design, engineering, delivery, compliance, and business development.
Establish institutional-grade operating rhythms, KPIs, and performance management systems.
