This is a build‑from‑zero role with full ownership across strategy, team, infrastructure, and P&L. Role

Define the direction of the systematic trading business (HFT / MFT) Build and scale trading, research, and infrastructure Oversee strategy development, deployment, and live trading Work closely with exchanges, vendors, and infrastructure partners
