Our client, a London (City) based Managing General Agent (MGA), specialises in the provision of Professional Indemnity insurance for an array of white-collar professions throughout the UK.

They are looking to recruit a CEO to carry out the following key responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the MGA's operations and business strategy.
• Develop and execute plans for the achievement of financial goals and growth targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of effective risk management and compliance programs.
• Drive innovation and expansion into new markets and product lines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in the insurance industry (MGA/Company or Broker backgrounds considered)
• In-depth knowledge of UK Professional Indemnity and insurance market trends.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage financial performance.
