We at Aviation Recruitment Network LTD are recruiting for Chef-de- Partie position for a luxury branded Lounge at London Heathrow Airport-Various terminals. \n\nPay Rate for CDP £16.00 p/h + (£20.72 - £30.00 p/h Bank Holiday Premiums)\n \nShift Times: 04:30 am – 14:00 pm and 13:30 pm – 22:00 pm (4 on 2 off)\n \nThe roles will involve working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.\n\nAs a Chef-de -Partie, you will be responsible for:\n\n· Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.\n· Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.\n· Always Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas\n· Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards\n· Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working to set meal and portion plans\n \nSuccessful Chef- de-Partie will receive:\n \n· Meal whilst on duty.\n· Weekly or monthly pay.\n· Full time hours between 37.5hrs or 40hrs per week.\n· Designer uniform and ongoing training with progression.\n\nTo be considered for our positions:\n \n· Experience of cooking European or Continental cuisine.\n· Similar experience within a hotel, airport, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, or similar catering environment.\n· Food hygiene certifications.\n· Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport.\n \nIf you have the skills required for any of this position, click on the link below or contact Yasmin Saeed.\n \nAviation Recruitment Network Limited (ARNL) is acting as an Employment Business for this position
