Our client is a successful and growing contract catering company and they are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager for one of their school contracts based in Guildford, Surrey.
They are looking for someone with great cooking and people management skills. You will be an experienced Chef Manager, used to cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing your kitchen and liaising directly with onsite clients. As manager you will head up the team, making sure service runs smoothly and that all due diligence is adhered to.
If you are looking to create great food whilst having a fantastic work life balance then this could be the perfect role for you! You will be working daytimes, Monday to Friday with weekends and the school holidays off!
