North-West London. The role Lead the catering operation at the Lower School with a team of 6 General Assistants. Oversee catering for 500–600 covers per day across one large, high-volume service area. Provide support to the Upper School team (2 GAs + 1 Head Chef) as needed for recruitment or HR. Ensure smooth, structured service and consistent food standards. Manage ordering, stock control and deliveries. The food Education-focused, volume-led catering. Morning break grab & go offer. Lunch service including hot mains (1 meat & 1 vegetarian), pasta station and dessert. Cold food offer with salads and baked items. The offer £35,000 – £37,500 per annum Term-time only contract Working hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm Supportive, structured and well-run kitchen environment The Chef Manager Proven experience as a Chef Manager in education contract catering.
