We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead a dynamic catering operation in Chippenham. This is a fantastic weekday role offering a great work-life balance, overseeing a varied and fast-paced service environment.

You will manage a team of 10 employees , with 9 direct reports , and take full ownership of the catering operation.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the full catering operation, from food production and service to financial performance and front of house.

Lead, develop and motivate your team to deliver excellent service every day.

Manage food costs, margins, waste and labour with strong commercial awareness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests, understanding their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and company standards at all times.

Drive consistency, quality and innovation across the kitchen and wider catering operation.

About You Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef with strong operational expertise.

Passionate about fresh food, seasonal ingredients and high-quality service delivery.

An inspiring leader with great communication skills and positive energy.

Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage and develop client relationships.

Financially astute, with a solid understanding of P&L, cost control and business KPIs.

Excellent people management skills - you lead by example and bring out the best in your team.
