Along the way, you'll grow your own skill set, gain a teaching qualification, and open even more professional opportunities.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nCoaching learners in their workplace, often with some of the UK's best-loved hospitality brands.\n\nSupporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.\n\nProviding guidance, motivation, and structured development to help them build career-defining qualifications.\n\nRecording and tracking learner progress, setting goals, and monitoring achievements using a bespoke learner platform (full training provided).\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nExperience preparing and cooking fresh food in a professional kitchen environment.\n\nFront of House (FOH) experience in a restaurant or similar environment.\n\nNVQ Level 2 in Hospitality (or equivalent).\n\nStrong vocational experience within a high-end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, General Manager, Restrauant Manager or equivalent).\n\nProven ability to prepare, cook and finish a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes.\n\nStrong communication and self-motivation skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive in high-demand environments.\n\nDesirable Qualifications and Experience\n\nLevel 3 Teaching qualification (minimum).\n\nNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery.\n\nBTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management.\n\nPrevious experience delivering training in the hospitality sector.\n\nExperience working with or mentoring apprentices.\n\nWhy Join My Client?\n\nBe part of a forward-thinking organisation committed to developing the future of the hospitality industry.\n\nAccess to professional development opportunities and industry-recognised teaching qualifications.\n\nFlexible working arrangements with travel to learner sites.\n\nCompetitive salary and London/SE weighting where applicable.\n\nInterested?\n If you're passionate about hospitality and want to inspire the next generation, we'd love to hear from you.\n\n Apply today to start your journey as a Hospitality Learning Coach
