The Greyhound Inn is a friendly pub/restaurant set in the beautiful village of Sydling St Nicholas, Dorchester.

We serve food to a high standard with daily changing specials. Allowing our chefs to have their own creative input.

We are looking for ambitious individuals with experience, although full training will be given.

Apprenticeships available if eligible.

Day to day work involves food prep and service, speaking to suppliers, food cost management, maintaining general hygiene and health and safety standards, helping out in all areas and sections of the kitchen.

Flexible shift pattern which includes weekdays and weekends, mornings/lunches/evenings.

Experience is essential.

Due to location, transport is essential.

Hourly rate dependent on age and experience.

Gratuities and holiday pay.
