We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team at a highly rated, traditional Welsh country pub and restaurant set in the heart of the stunning Penyffordd countryside, just outside Chester.

The Role: Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of our brigade, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a high standard of food consistently across all menus.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Managing your section efficiently and ensuring mise en place is always ready
* Assisting in the development of new dishes and menus
* Maintaining food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
