Hours: 39.25 hours per week, worked over five days on a shift basis (including weekends)

About the Role

St Johns College, one of the largest and most prestigious Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our high-performing kitchen team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional, freshly prepared dishes across a variety of dining settings within the College. You will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistently high standards in food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.

About You
  • A skilled Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Passionate about fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal menus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
