Summary of Role As a Chef de Partie , your primary duties include food preparation while upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the efficient operation of the kitchen by adhering to established recipes and food safety practices, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the estate. As a culinary professional, you will be responsible for preparing dishes from our dynamically evolving seasonal menus, ensuring that each dish is executed to the highest standards of quality and delivered efficiently. Your role involves not only food preparation and production but also overseeing the service to maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect. Key responsibilities Practicing and fostering effective teamwork and clear communication among your immediate team members and cross-departmental colleagues.
Adhering to and enforcing in-house HACCP protocols, as well as food hygiene, health, and safety regulations to ensure full compliance and a safe working environment.
Continuously striving to exceed established standards, aiming to enhance the overall dining experience and elevate guest satisfaction. Your proactive attitude will be pivotal in driving improvements based on guest feedback.
Maintaining rigorous daily operational standards within the kitchen, ensuring that every process and output reflects our commitment to culinary excellence.
Managing and overseeing your designated kitchen section during service, ensuring smooth and coordinated operations.
Taking comprehensive responsibility for all kitchen operations, adaptable to cover all areas as needed.
Preparing and maintaining detailed reports, including recording food temperatures to monitor and ensure the quality and safety of our culinary offerings.
