If youre an experienced Chef de Partie or event chef looking for seasonal work , this is your opportunity to showcase your skills.
What Youll Be Doing Serving Parisian-style small plates

Supporting a fast-paced environment in a new restaurant

Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards

Working various sections

What Were Looking For Proven Chef de Partie-level experience or higher

Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure

Strong kitchen discipline and attention to detail

Familiar with small plates and dishes with plenty of elements

Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates (Free accredited training provided if needed)
