Chef de Partie Four-Star Hotel | Buckinghamshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a four-star hotel in Berkshire, live in is available.

This role is ideal for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, thrives in a professional kitchen environment and is keen to continue developing their career.


The Role

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality fresh food.
  • Catering for a variety of events, such as meetings, buffets, weddings and other functions.
  • Working across multiple kitchen sections as required, maintaining consistent standards of quality and presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Supporting food cost control and minimising wastage
  • Coaching and supporting junior kitchen team members

About You

  • Previous experience in a professional, commercial kitchen (hotel experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail with experience producing both la carte and buffet food
  • Confident working with fresh ingredients in a high-volume environment
  • A genuine passion for food and professional development
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis
