The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working to AA Rosette level in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service plus events and functions The Person You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working with all fresh food ideally to AA rosette level or above Looking for career opportunity.
