chef de partie required for a fresh food kitchen in the Farmborough area, using local produce and a really good range of local ingredients. You will love the produce. £31000 (hourly £14.97), great produce, great chance to learn. This role will include all the normal chef departieduties.

The role We are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will cook and prep your fridge using local produce. In service you will cook to order. As the kitchen uses seasonal local produce, the chefs work together to create the menus and the menus can change depending on the seasonal produce available. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills and able to deal with seasonal produce.
