We are excited to be working with a trendy and contemporary Japanese restaurant in Cheltenham, known for its vibrant atmosphere and interactive dining experience. They are now looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, authentic dishes.

£33,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
Working in a busy restaurant with a strong local following
A varied menu focused on Japanese BBQ, hot pot and shareable plates
Supportive kitchen environment with opportunities to learn and develop
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Running your own section during service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
Preparing fresh ingredients and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Working closely with senior chefs during busy services
Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Contributing positively to team culture and service flow
Youll be a great fit if you:
Have experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie in a quality restaurant
Work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy service-focused kitchens
Take pride in your prep, organisation and presentation
Are reliable, hardworking and keen to develop your skills
Have a genuine passion for great food and teamwork
