W hat you will bring to the role:
Previous experience as aCDPwithin a new opening orhigh-profilerestaurant/ hotel.
Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards.
Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill ,sauceorsauté.
Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment .
Order and manage inventory for yoursection.
Train and supervise junior chefs and commis
Assist with menu planning and development.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
